Currently the FITB executive committee is composed of the following persons, assuming the following tasks:
- Chris Huang: President, communication, general coordination, international development, management of the FITB office
- Chiara Volonte: Vice-President, responsable of European Development
- Julio Galegari: Director of the international development of tchoukball
- Diego Carugati: Technical director; responsible for refrees, international competitions, referee training.
- Mr. Fong: General Secretary, responsible of the equipment certification program, and Coach training and program
- Jeff Ang: Administrative support to new federation aspiring membership in the FITB, general support of the international development of tchoukball
- Pierre-Alain Girardin: Strategic development, and communication
- Gernot Tuerk: Youth Development and program
- Kenny Chow: University Development and program
